This ring is custom-made and will usually ship within 14-21 days from your order date.

We offer free delivery for all orders shipped within New Zealand. Your order is shipped securely & each package is insured from our door to yours. We acknowledge every order by e-mail and will advise a delivery date at that time, keeping you informed throughout the process. The courier tracking details will be supplied once the item has shipped.

All items being shipped from NZ to another destination country will incur a shipping charge, and please be aware that we do not collect taxes or duty for any country but NZ. Your purchase may be subject to duty and taxes that your own government will want to collect from you as your item arrives with the customs or regulatory authority of your country.

In the unlikely event that any manufacturing faults occur, we'll promptly repair or replace the item at no cost to you. Our goal is to ensure that you have a hassle-free shopping experience and receive the highest level of service. We understand how important it is to have your items repaired or replaced quickly, which is why we aim to complete any necessary repairs or replacements within 30 days. Our goal is to ensure that you can continue to enjoy your purchase with minimal disruption. Once your ring is returned to us, we will complete an inspection to understand the nature of the issue. If the problem is wear and tear we can offer to repair the item at a cost price for you.

However, it's important to note that this plating can wear off over time due to exposure to harsh chemicals, such as those found in perfumes and cleaning agents. To preserve the rhodium plating and maintain the shine of your white gold jewellery, it's recommended to avoid exposing it to such chemicals. Instead, gently clean your jewellery with a soft cloth and mild soap and water. We do offer a one hour rhodium plating service at our retail store location in Botany Town Centre.
