Shipped within 48 hours

After your item has been packaged, it will be shipped and delivered free within NZ, or at a charge for overseas shipping. The carrier used depends on your order value and destination. Your order is shipped securely. Each package is insured from our door to yours. Most items are available from stock and will be dispatched within 48 hours. Rings in special sizes, and some specific rings are required to be crafted in your exact ring size, these must be hand crafted will be available to be shipped within 21-28 days as they will have to made-to-order.  We acknowledge every order by e-mail and will advise a delivery date at that time and keep you informed of your order delivery details.

For international shipping please refer to the rates available at checkout. We will provide tracking details for your shipment and we do recommend using the UPS option. If UPS do not ship to your destination, we will use fedex or another reputable courier company who services your region.
