We offer free delivery for all orders shipped within New Zealand. Your order is shipped securely & each package is insured from our door to yours. We acknowledge every order by e-mail and will advise a delivery date at that time, keeping you informed throughout the process. The courier tracking details will be supplied once the item has shipped.

All items being shipped from NZ to another destination country will incur a shipping charge, and please be aware that we do not collect taxes or duty for any country but NZ. If the problem is wear and tear we can offer to repair the item at a cost price for you.

Instead, gently clean your jewellery with a soft cloth and mild soap and water. We do offer a one hour rhodium plating service at our retail store location in Botany Town Centre.
